Hell's Kitchen
Spanning from West 34th Street to West 59th Street and 8th Avenue to the Hudson River, Hell’s Kitchen was once known for its raucous character when compared to the more defined Manhattan neighborhoods. Once home to many poor and working-class Irish Americans, it has since undergone tremendous changes due to its location near many of Midtown Manhattan’s prominent office buildings.
